Finally Back .....

Man, what a weekend? First let me start off by saying that our little girl that we were expecting to be here in June has decided she wants to take a trip down south a little early. And for that reason we spent 5 days in the hospital trying to keep her from coming.
It all started when Jaime went to the doctor Thursday morning because of pain. And when the doctor checked her out,she finds out that she was having contractions and the baby was already dilated 3 cm. Now remeber, she's only 7 months.
So the doctor immediatly put her in the hospital, and put her a strict bed rest for the rest of the pregnacy. And thank God the doctors stopped the labor by medication. Now the longer the baby holds on inside of that belly the better off her and Jaime will be.
But Jaime finally got to come home today and is put on a monitor from which they keep up with her contractions. Hopefully she won't have any more contractions and little Bay-Bay will stay still for as long as she can. Until then just keep Jaime and the baby in your prayers.

Went and listened to Spurrier tonight...

Me and a couple of friends went to the Palmetto Expo Center in Greenville SC and listened to the best coach in the world speak at the annual Greenville County Gamecock Club meeting.
The meeting started by just standing around talking to other gamecock fans. Then we walked on in a stood in line for Spurrier's autograph and got him to sign it for my daughter who will be born in June.
Spurrier mainly spoke about the past season, with the big wins over Tenn., Florida and Arkansas. But said to keep winning over teams like that we have got to upgrade on USC's facilities big time. And what really suprised me was that he said the only team were ahead of in the SEC in facilities wise would be Vanderbilt. That actually knocked the socks off of me.
And he said all this can be done but they had to have some changes which consist of raising ticket prices. I don't guess I mind paying a few more dollars to get a consistent winning team. So until next post GO COCKS!!!

Going to God's country tomarrow....

Yep, me and Jaime are headed to Columbia tomarrow. First to get a 4-D ultrasound so I can really see what my little princess looks like. Then while Jaime takes a little nap and recover from working 3rd shift Thurs. night. I'll head down to the practice football field to watch the football team in a little spring practice. Then for what I've been waiting for, the baseball game that night. Hopefully the Gamecocks can bounce back from a loss to those tiggers and will take it out on Alabama. Then for another great day we wake up Saturday morning and head to a fishing and hunting expo till about 12pm. Then we head into Williams Brice Stadium to watch the future national champions,as they play there spring game. After the game head back to good ole Anderson head to bed and get ready for a awesome church service at New Spring. Hopefully I'll have time to post again this weekend.

Boycott Davinci Code?

I read a great post on my pastor's blog today about christians boycotting the Davinci Code. You can check it out here. And I think if us as christians are prayed and studied up on this that God can use the book and movie for his glory. Because alot of people are going to ask questions about Christ that has never ask questions before and we need to be prepared as we can to answer them.

Gamecocks #1 in nation!!!!!!!

Columbia, S.C. - The University of South Carolina baseball team has been ranked No. 1 in this week's Collegiate Baseball Top 30. Fresh off a weekend sweep at LSU, the Gamecocks have been put at the top spot by Collegiate Baseball magazine and are also ranked No. 2 in today's Baseball America Top 25. Both spots are the highest rankings of the season for the Gamecocks, who are 26-3 and atop the SEC standings with an 8-1 conference mark. Carolina returns to action on Wednesday night (April 5) hosting seventh ranked Clemson (20-7) at Sarge Frye Field.
